When i have these tired feeling, working can be sometimes impossible. Bad body ache can cause me to have trouble concentrating and makes me feel less motivated.

Of course, getting enough rest is the best solution to combat tiredness but it needs more than a good rest.

I tried to add some exercise into my daily routine, a short walk during the lunch break seems very helpful to relax those stiffness in the muscles and boost energy. Healthy eating habits too can add some value to our lifestyle by lowering intake of salt, sugar and processed food.

Here are some tips to help you to fight fatigue:

1. Drink plenty of water and fluids
Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated. Dehydration can cause headaches and tiredness.
2. Reduce caffeine drinks
When we are tired we automatically think of a warm coffee drink but actually drinking too much coffee then to affect your sleep and make you feeling tired.
3. Rest well
Take time to unwind and relax. Take short nap during the lunch break or listen to soothing music.
Check on your sleeping pattern, ensure you have at least 6 to 8 hours sleep to avoid waking up feeling tired and sluggish the next day.
4. Maintain a healthy weight
Use BMI calculation to check if your weight now is in the ideal range. Don’t be surprised as research found that loosing extra weight can improve mood and quality of life.
