Ingredients :
1 tablespoon ESP Soy Protein Isolate Powder (mixed with 25 ml water)
1 cup oat
1 cup granola cereal
1 tablespoon peanut
1 tablespoon almond nut
1 teaspoon chia seed
1 tablespoon raisin
1 handful fresh grapes, sliced into two
1 handful mango ,sliced into small

Add all ingredients into a jar and place it in the fridge. Hold on for
overnight. Enjoy it for the next morning
